First in North America, this commercial building of 75 000 sq ft had been built entirely of engineered wood.  The structure features large spans supporting joist areas measuring 10 m x 9.5 m in a first section and 12.5 m x 15 m in a second section.  Like most of the structure, these laminated wood beams were left exposed, which creates a warm place.
